Quest Group Bookings Contract

Booking deposits are required to guarantee accommodation. Unless deposits are met per the schedule set out below accommodation arrangements are not guaranteed.  For established agents, especially those whom have a working relationship with Quest, unless otherwise stipulated, we do not require any deposit for the program except for the accommodation portion. These accommodation deposits are not intended as penalties by Quest. They are solely used to compensate our accommodation providers in case of cancellation.

Accommodations and Deposits Required
Homestay: For group bookings, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit per student 90 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 90 days prior to arrival are possible but subject to availability. The sooner homestay bookings are made the better we can place students.
Residences: The terms of residence deposits are solely determined by the residences. Bookings are subject to availability and reservations are subject to each residence’s deposit requirements. Room reservations cannot be confirmed/guaranteed until necessary deposits have been made. Deposits are non-refundable per residence policies. *Camp Quest Program Fees are based on Chestnut residence. Staying at Ryerson will increase the price.
